Messenger and Instagram need a Facebook Page (Instagram must be a professional account linked to that Page). WhatsApp needs a WhatsApp Business Cloud API number. You do not add your shop subdomain in Meta — Shono uses www.shono.global. A platform admin configures the Meta app once; each shop then clicks Connect on Channels.
